The Pixel Control System can be accessed from three locations within the elevator system; 1) the machine room or main controller location, 2) the car operating panel, and 3) the car top. These access points offer the same Pixel interface to perform the various functions of the elevator control system.
The Landa™ Positioning System provides the absolute car position information using dual sensor heads to track car position to 0.8 mm. All limits, slowdowns and landings are defined virtually, stored digitally, easily adjusted from the multiple system access points, allowing the elevator system to reduce the number of magnets, switches and vanes. The dual sensor heads provide truly independent redundancy for fail-safe operation. The encoder tape runs the entire length of the hoistway. Hardware includes two sensor heads, a car top connect box, color-coded wiring harness for each positioning system, and encoder tape (cut to requested length for the specific hoistway).
The Pixel Control System displays information on a full color LCD screen at each system access point. Written in plain English, the simple and intuitive navigation features menu content that is strategically organized and logically sequenced with related tasks grouped together.
Remote Assist™ come standard on the Pixel Control System. Remote Assist allows virtual tech support to be delivered to the machine room on demand - with technician approved and controlled system access in real-time to provide guidance and recommendations from our technical support team.
The Pixel Control System uses consolidated field wiring. Consolidated field wiring saves time in the field while separating low and high voltage signals to help prevent component damaging wiring errors, bringing field wiring into functional assigned color-coded terminal strips.
The V900 AC Controller is available for traction and MRL elevator systems. Capable of performing in low, mid and high rise buildings at speeds up to 1,000 fpm, 64 landings and available in simplex, duplex or group dispatching. The V900 AC offers several drive technology options including Open Loop Vector, Closed Loop Flux Vector, PVF Position Velocity Feedback and PM Synchronous Motor Control.
The V900 DC Controller is available for traction elevator systems. Capable of performing in low, mid and high rise buildings at speeds up to 2,000 fpm, 64 landings and available in simplex, duplex or group dispatching. The V900 DC offers a couple of drive technology options including Closed Loop DC-SCR and PVF Position Velocity Feedback.
The H900 Controller is a great solution for all hydraulic elevator applications. The H900 works with low rise buildings and can handle all hydraulic speeds, up to 64 landings and available in simplex, duplex and group dispatching. The H900 offers a couple of drive technology options including a Mechanical Starter Standard and a Solid State Starter.
The Expresso Controller includes many of the most popular features from the H900 and combines a quick ship availability with product standardization allowing us to make an economical elevator controller solution for all hydraulic elevator applications. Expresso handles standard hydraulic applications to five stops (in line) with a limited range of interfaces to standard valves and door operators.
