Mount the oil cooler on the tank, wall or floor. Remote mounting is also available up to 110’ horizontally or 55' vertically. This allows the unit to be located in several locations and maintain proper functionality.
Labor with the HydroCool™ with average installation time taking approximately four hours for a two-man team for a normal project.
The cooler automatically turns on when the tank reaches 140ºF and automatically powers down when the hydraulic fluid has cooled to 100ºF, verifying the unit works only when it needs.
OIL COOLER BENEFITS
HydroCool™ oil coolers are compact and adaptable to work with all pump units. The oil cooler maintains oil integrity by pumping oil through a heat exchanger to cool and then returns the oil to the storage tank.
HydroCool™ oil coolers are perfect for any hydraulic elevator with high usage. Some hydraulic applications in which the HydroCool™ is recommended are a twin-jack holeless with two- or three-stage telescopic jacks, heavily used single-stage twin jack holeless, and roped hydraulic applications with moderate use and travel exceeding 25 feet.
