LIMIT SWITCHES
Cartop mounted, magnetically actuated, high-tech terminal limit switches replace obsolete mechanical switches for enhanced, quiet, highly reliable and virtually maintenance-free operation.
MORE ABOUT OUR LIMIT SWITCHES
Adapted from the european bullet trains, these limit switches are magnetically actuated creating a quieter ride.
Eliminating the contact of the switches due to the magnetic actuating behavior, these limit switches require less wear-and-tear, maintenance and return trips up and down the hoistway.
Installation just became easier as the box is mounted on the cartop, while the magnetic triggers are mounted on the rails, allowing for less hoistway wiring to be used, saving field labor time.
LIMIT SWITCH BENEFITS
Increase ride quality while at the same time saving installation labor and maintenance return trips with our limit switches. Fabricated using reliable technology, our limit switches are built to reduce physical contact to increase the product life.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The KE-8 is a perfect fit for car speed ranges 0 fpm to 350 fpm, comprising of 8 switches and 8 lanes.
The KE-8 Kit includes the following items:
• 8 Switches
• 8 Lanes
Our KE Limit Switches cannot be used as final switches due to code. The code states that terminal switches (the first and last switch in the hoistway) need to be mechanical switches. Please let us know if you also need mechanical switches.
The KE-14 is a perfect fit for car speed ranges 350 fpm to 1400 fpm, comprising of 14 switches and 14 lanes.
The cartop box dimensions are 17.0" W x 6.06" H x 4.25" D.
The KE-14 Kit includes the following items:
• 14 Switches
• 14 Lanes
